By accessing or using ChuteChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Ephemeral Nature of the Service

ChuteChat is an ephemeral, zero-persistence messaging service. You acknowledge and understand that:

• Messages are routed in real-time and are not stored on any database or server disk.
• Messages are subject to a strict rolling 2-message auto-purge on client devices.
• Once a message is deleted, overwritten, or a session is closed, it is permanently lost and cannot be recovered by anyone, including ChuteChat operators.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ChuteChat solely for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to transmit, route, or distribute any content that:

• Violates local, state, national, or international laws.
• Facilitates illegal acts, malicious activity, or harmful exploits.
• Attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise the operational integrity of our network infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChuteChat is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free transit, or complete immunity from network-level interferences outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChuteChat, its developers, or its hosting providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost messages, network downtime, or your use or inability to use the service.
